Smart air management and fire protection

Smart buildings with installed air treatment centers for pollutants ( "cold" dissociated freon ions such as chlorides and fluorides and hydrogen, and molecules such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide) that can be collected in rain water and separated. Individual components such as chlorine, Fluorine, hydrocarbons, nitrogen or hydrogen can be stored and reused as fuel sources or recombined environmentally biodegradable molecules that can be used as fire suppressants or fertilizers.
